Car and Accommodation

The Small Print (Terms and Conditions)

Sorry but every transaction must have some; we have tried to keep ours simple.

What is included:-

• Luxury accommodation for 2 people including bedding, towels and robes.
• Complimentary use of all on site facilities.
• Full liability insurance from the moment we meet you to the moment we say ‘Au revoir’.
• Use of the classic car of your choice during your stay – including comprehensive insurance and breakdown recovery, (subject to compliance to the conditions of car use).
• Free transfer costs for Angoulême airport (see tariffs for other airports). (click here to Airport/Rail Transfers)
• A complimentary welcome pack.
• A gift voucher/card if required.
• Your car valeted and cleaned as required.
• Your room daily valeted.
• Complimentary use of bicycles.
• Pre arrival grocery shop delivery service.
• Help with itineraries, bookings and general travel arrangements.
• Electricity and gas use during your stay.

Full payment is required at the time of booking and signed agreement to the conditions of use of vehicles must be given before a vehicle will be released for use.

What is not included:-

• Fuel for the car
• Excess mileage (see car use) and insurance excess on the car
• Travel and insurance to and from one of our local airports from your home
• Any special little extras you require (although we will agree prices in advance of commitment)
• Any breakages or damage during your visit to all property fixtures and fittings and vehicles

Accommodation Only

What is included:-

• Secure garaging for your classic car.
• A complimentary welcome pack.
• A gift voucher/card if required.
• Valeting service available.
• Your room daily valeted.
• Mountain bikes available to hire.
• Pre arrival grocery shop delivery service.
• Help with itineraries, bookings and general travel arrangements.
• Electricity and gas use during your stay.

Full payment is required at the time of booking.

What is not included:-

• Insurance for your own classic whilst on our premises
• Any special little extras you require (although we will agree prices in advance of commitment)
• Any breakages or damage during your visit to all property fixtures and fittings and vehicles

All requirements and costs will always be agreed in advance to avoid hidden surprises.
